Disc Repair Service

The Waupun Public Library offers CD/DVD repair service.  The cost of each repair is $1 for single-sided discs and $2 for double-sided discs; fee due upon pickup of items.  The library accepts cash or check only.  Our machine cannot do Blu-Ray discs.  Each disc must be submitted in a case or plastic sleeve.

If you would like discs repaired, you MUST contact Pam Garcia at 920-324-7925 or pgarcia@monarchlibraries.org and arrange a time to drop off your discs and complete paperwork.  If you have a printer, and want to speed up the drop-off process, you can print the document at the bottom of this page (specifically the Disc Repair Request page) and fill it out ahead of time.
