Mission:

Our mission is to enhance the lives of people 62+ with meaningful programs, resources, and connections so together we can live and age strong in Waupun.

Values:

We emphasize the following qualities in our work.

• Respect: We believe it is an honor to help older members of our community, and we treat people with dignity.
• Inclusivity:  Diversity in our city makes Waupun better, and we pay special attention to how we can best meet the needs of all older residents.
• Patience:  We take time to listen with compassion and meet people where they are.
• Integrity:  Credibility and trust is core to who we are and how we service older members of the community.​
• Joy:  Enjoying all that the City of Waupun has to offer is important to us, so we promote fun at our events, in our conversations with residents, and on our teams.

Consistent with our Mission, we have compiled a comprehensive and growing list of resources for Seniors and Caregivers.  Many of the resources listed below are federal and regional; however, we strive to identify and provide resources that are local to help you find the answers to your questions and information you need.
