Copy Machines

Two copy machines are available for public use.  Copies are $0.10 per page in black and white, and $.50 in color.  Both copy machines can also scan documents to a flash drive.  There is no charge for scanning.

Copying from Wired Computers

The library has 12 wired Internet computers patrons can print from to our central printer.  Copies are $.10 per page in black and white and $.50 in color.

Wireless Printing

Patrons can print from our wireless network!  An additional feature of this service is the ability to print documents from your home computer or mobile device.  Once the print job is sent using one of the below options, jobs can be picked up at the Waupun Public Library Circulation Desk.  At this time, printing is $.10 per page in black and white and $.50 per page in color.  The library accepts cash or check only.  Jobs are only kept for the current day. Ways to access this service include:

1. Navigate to the website at https://print.princh.com?pid=110940 and follow the steps to print.

2. Email jobs to the email addresses:  waupun-bw@ewprints.com for black and white prints and waupun-color@ewprints.com for color prints.

3. Download the Princh app from your app store.  Printer ID is 110940.  Tip: Open the app where the document resides, select share, and click on "Print from Princh".  Do not go to "Print", as that will not work.

Copies are $.10 per page in black and white and $.50 in color.

Microfilm Reader/Printer

The library also has a microfilm reader/printer.  Patrons may reserve time on the microfilm reader/printer by phone or in person up to one week in advance.  Reserved use of the microfilm reader/printer by one person is limited to one hour per day.  If no one else wishes to use the reader/printer at the end of a reserved time slot, the patron may continue to use it.  Walk-in time may be available in unscheduled time slots or when a scheduled user fails to keep an appointment.   There is a $0.10 charge per copy.
