Condition of Approval

All work shall be completed with all conditions of approval within two years of the Site Plan approval by the Plan Commission.  If the work and conditions are not completed within two years, the Plan Commission approval becomes null and void.  The Plan Commission may by resolution and without public hearing extend its approval for one-year periods for good cause shown.
