Strategic Facilities - Update 2

Over a nine month period in 2019, the Facilities Advisory Committee (FAC) and City staff worked with Cedar Corporation to review the 2018 Strategic Facilities Study, complete walking tours of all eight City-owned facilities to be studied by the FAC, held a public open house, and considered the top projects to focus on.  The final document presented for consideration to the Council included a proposed capital improvement plan for the eight facilities studied.

The advisory committee reviewed and recommend a direction to the Council for consideration at the February 25, 2020 meeting.   The Waupun Common Council approved the recommendations and next steps outlined in the study.
