Both the Waupun Business Park and Gateway Plaza are located in TIF Districts.

New or expanding business have a variety of public and private financing tools available. City staff can assist with a financing package which may utilize the following tools:

  • Community Development Block Grants
  • SBA Guaranteed Loans
  • Job Training Assistance
  • Commercial Lending Institutions
  • Revolving Loan Fund
  • Community Development Authority (CDA) and Business Improvement District (BID) Grants
