The City of Waupun has launched "Text My Gov, " a citizen-to-city communication platform that helps guide residents to resources and report potential issues.
By using TexMyGov, citizens can get immediate answers to questions and report issues all through text messaging.
TextMyGov uses your cell phone's text messaging service to relay information to the City by using keywords (such as trash, animal, street light, pothole, etc.).
Text "Hi" to 920.325.3205 at any time, 24/7, and TextMyGov will assist you.
