Madison Street Reconstruction Starting April 1st

Please plan alternate routes through the construction period. 

Work from the bridge on North Madison Street south through the Lincoln Street intersection is slated to begin on or around April 1, depending on the weather. The project will proceed in phases.

The first phase entails North Madison Street with the goal of completing that phase by early August in advance of the Waupun Truck N Show.

The second phase of the project involves the South Madison Street portion of the project. This work will begin around June 1 and run through early December.

During construction, Madison Street will be closed. If you regularly travel Madison Street you’ll want to plan for alternate routes through the construction period. Please note that this includes routes to and from Rock River Intermediate School.
