Community Development Authority (CDA)

Objectives

It is the general intent of the Waupun Common Council and the Community Development Authority (CDA)
to renovate, preserve and maintain properties within the Central Business District (CBD) through a process
of design guidelines in order to:

• Encourage urban design and uniformity.
• Integrate urban design and preservation of Waupun's heritage into the process of redevelopment and
• revitalization.
• Enhance the character of the Waupun downtown business community.

Board Members

The CDA is responsible for carrying out blight elimination, urban renewal programs and projects, and housing projects. CDA Board and staff can be found here. 

Meetings

The CDA meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 8:00 am in Waupun Common Council Chambers (Waupun City Hall - 201 E. Main Street, Waupun). Meeting agendas, agenda packets, and minutes can be found here.
