PROJECT: RAZE AND REMOVE FORMER MC CUNE BEACH BATH HOUSE
Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk’s Office for the City of Waupun, Wisconsin, at the City Hall, 201 East Main Street, Waupun, Wisconsin, until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2025.
All proposals must be submitted complete, in a sealed envelope, and on blank forms furnished by the City of Waupun. All sealed envelopes must be clearly marked as:
RAZE AND REMOVE FORMER MC CUNE BEACH BATH HOUSE
21 Chapman Place, Waupun
INSPECTION AND REVIEW OF SITE AND CITY DATA. Each Proposer has an obligation to examine the site upon which the Work will be performed to assess the site conditions and to review City of Waupun furnished data. To schedule an inspection of the building prior to submitting a proposal, please contact Public Works Director Jeff Daane at (920) 324-7918.
Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be examined and/or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 201 East Main Street, Waupun, Wisconsin. Office hours: Monday - Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am-11am.
The City reserves the right to reject any incomplete proposals.
