City Services During COVID-19

Aquatic Center:
The Waupun Aquatic Center is closed for the season.
City Hall:
City Hall is open to the public at this time. Staff will also continue to be available via phone or email for questions.
DPW Garage:
The brush and grass drop area is open to the public.. The garage/shop area is only open for deliveries and the must wear a mask.
Library:
The library will open on March 1, 2021 with restrictions. More details can be found on the Library webpage.
Parks:
Park restrooms, playgrounds, diamonds, courts and other outdoor recreation opportunities are open. Employees will clean and sanitize shelters and bathrooms one per day. Park shelter reservations are being taken through the Senior Center and everyone utilizing park amenities are strongly advised to follow the latest CDC guidelines and to bring hand sanitizer and sanitation wipes for their own use.
Public Safety Building:
Our ability to deliver essential public services such as police and fire are dependent on our ability to staff these services. This requires that we place extra emphasis on maintaining safety practices. As such, the public safety building will remain closed to the public but staff remain working. A drop box is available in the lobby of the public safety building for those wishing to pay fines. Staff also continue to be available via phone or email for questions. For individuals attending meetings in the public safety building, masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.
Senior Center:
Effective March 1, 2021, the Waupun Senior Center will reopen with restrictions. The most up to date information on activities can be found in the Senior Center newsletter online or in hard copy (at the Senior Center or at Piggly Wiggly).
Utilities
The lobby and drive through window of the Waupun Utilities building is open to the public Monday - Friday from 8am-4pm. For individuals that wish to remain contactless, payments can be made online, outside at the drop box, or by phone at 1-877-885-7968. Information on how to set up an online account can be found on the Waupun Utilities website.
