Licenses & Permits
The City Clerk’s office issues a variety of business licenses and permits for the conduct of business in the City of Waupun. License and permit application forms can be obtained at the links below or at the City Clerk’s office. All license applications are considered/approved by the Waupun Common Council. A separate license is required for each place of sale. The licensing year is July 1 through June 30.
Form(s) must be submitted to the municipal clerk, and be accompanied by one or more of the following forms: AB-100, AB-101. AB-100 must be completed by each person involved in the applicant business or parent company including • sole proprietor • all officers, directors, and agent of a corporation or nonprofit organization • all partners of a partnership • managing members and agent of a limited liability company
